How to Use
Multi-use product with multiple benefits to relieve:
- Respiratory congestion – warm a dime-sized amount in hands and apply with massage to chest and neck area. Cover with warm towel.
- Sinus pressure – warm a dime-sized amount in hands and apply to area around nostrils, then breathe deeply to help open sinus congestion.
- Muscular tightness – warm a quarter-sized amount between hands and massage into tight muscles to relax tight, tense muscles.
- Hand and Feet stiffness – warm a dime-sized amount and apply with massage to soles and/or palms. Cover with warm towel to soften skin and relax stiff or tired hands or feet.
Avoid eye area. Best if used within 1 year of opening, keep away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Results may vary.
